Global Customer Success Partner managing large, complex accounts within Concur line of business. Engaged both internally and externally in strategy, business reviews and account retention and growth. Specialties include collaborative presentation skills, moderating panels and consultative processes and approach. Originally hired for new name account development at Success Factors & identified my niche in Customer Success field. Opted for Voluntary Early Retirement Program so that I can pursue my Executive and Business Coaching Career.
